量測細微震動的光纖測量傳感器
以高達500kHz的頻率下量測位移與振動,特殊的光纖探頭設計可以適用於各種反射率或形狀的被測物,像是:超聲波喇叭的振動、壓電材料的研究等
光纖探頭具有兩段線性,在第一段線性時,隨著探頭與被測物距離的增加,接收的反射光纖比例也逐漸增加,這段區域是較靈敏的線性輸出範圍(稱為範圍1)。
第二段線性時,隨著探頭與被測物距離的增加,接收的反射光纖比例將逐漸減少,這段區域的量測範圍較大(稱為範圍2)。
